    Wonderful read and everything you need to get started!

    The book is a great primer for anyone looking to volunteer ethically. It covers the ethics of volunteering (really should we be out there and is our time going toward worthy projects) and development topics, media stereotypes and how to choose an organization.

    The author has traveled a lot, and she shares a lot of useful travel tips and information for packing and immersing in the local culture once you arrive at your volunteer location!
