One of the first things I felt I was shown in my spiritual journey was that I could go no further toward reaching my goals in life. There were so many dreams and ideals that I knew were inside of me. Part of the frustration I had always felt was that I was not working or living up to my potential. There was so much I felt I had to offer, to give and to do. Yet I could do none of it. It was all locked within the walls I had built. I was not living the life I felt I was meant to live. However, as the years were going by, the frustration of not accomplishing what I knew I could do was growing along with my walls. My spiritual journey began with the realization that there were basically four different kinds of walls that we build in life. There are verbal walls, physical walls, emotional walls and spiritual walls. Each one of these walls will be looked at within this book. The numerous ways in which each one manifests itself will be shown. Also provided will be clear and easy to do activities and ways in which we can break down these walls and begin living happier and healthier lives. I must warn you, however, that it can only be done through the help and guidance of our Almighty God. Please give Him just one more chance. He knows what you've been through. God does care and does want to see you comforted.
