The Wanderer by A. Scott Boddie

    Review:

I¿ve ridden the NYC subway system, and therefore believe that anything can happen under the right circumstances.

The Wander is a story that will make you believe the same, a Halloween tale that begins uneventfully enough¿a group of friends heading out to a Halloween Parade¿but the tension builds quickly as a rat, a stranger, and an Asian woman all figure prominently into the macabre build up that leads to a beautifully mournful finish.

Don¿t wait until next Halloween to sample this one. It¿s short but a bit of a treat.

This waas a nice short and the twist at the end was very unexpected, theres nothing i can reaally say to make it sound like it was terrible, but theres also nothing i can say to make it seem as if it were magnificent

    Way too short

Ok, I'm not a brilliant writer, but I do know from a reading standpoint that there its no real buildup to anything. It seemed to me that there should have been some creepy misadventures with Willow before that ending, or this was just an introduction piece to something bigger. Finally, why they bothered putting a disclaimer on this for adults only, I will never understand.

this would be a great read if it wasn't so short, it was way too short and left you looking for more. This is not good for avid readers.
