Overall a good book. Good descriptions of the major brands and their histories. Terrific photos. Includes a very useful glossary of terms at the back. My only criticisms would be that I would have liked to see even more photos of the featured brand's models included, and I would like to see more smaller and obscure brands covered.
I got this for my younger brother, who just moved into his own apartment and needed a sophisticated coffee table book. He's becoming obsessed with high-end watches so this was perfect.
