Perfect Blend of East and West

I've read a good handful of qigong books. Cohen's provides the best blend of East and West. It is accessible to us Westerners, without sacrificing the wisdom of the East. Cohen obviously did a huge amount of research for this book, and I feel no qualms about calling it a true masterwork on the subject. While I might recommend other books to supplement this one, I could recommend no other book more highly as a general treatise on qigong.

The Way of Qigong is profound. A MUST READ!! For Everyone!

The Way of Qigong, by Master Ken Cohen, changed my life, and it will yours too, if you read it. Ken Cohen has stimulated a discussion about a health science that will change life for all of humanity as it is absorbed in education, health care, and businesses worldwide. And largely due to the pioneering work of Ken Cohen. A visionary and treasure to the future of all of us. Bill Douglas, Founder of World T'ai Chi & Qigong Day, Author of 'The Complete Idiot's Guide to T'ai Chi & Qigong'
