    Excited

I really liked this book, I highly recommend it, I have not purchased investement property as of yet, but what stood out the most for me is that it showed me how to incorporate the property management into the rent...that was such a revelation for me.

Very informational book that should be added to your library.

I found this book to be very informational as far as real estate investing is concern. What I like about the book is that it gave you formulas to determine if a deal is right for you. It also gave a basic outline of how you as an investing should begin your business. The book was mildly simply to follow along with, and gave great examples throughout the book.

    Great book for the beginner

I believe this was a great book for those who have little or no real estate experience. It serves as a great guiding post as to what needs to be done to be sucessful. I guess it will take a few year to ultimately know whether or not this book was a good investment.

    Wonderful

My dad grew up in a house with dirt floors in the small town of War, West Virginia. Everything he has, he has earned through hard work, sweat, and trial and error. I got to observe this first hand growing up. When he wrote this book he made it easy for anybody from first time investors to professionals to understand. This will not make you rich overnight, but is rather a method of building long term wealth. If you seriously want to know what it takes to succede in real estate investing, this book will give you all the information you need. Give it a try and I promise you will not regret it.

    Long Overdue

Finally, a realistic book on real estate investing. The methods discussed in the Weekend Millionaire don't work in every case, but in the ones where they do, they can make you a fortune. Just learn to be patient and find the right deals. This book tells you how to do this.

    Great book for new investors

I really liked this book. It tells you everything you need to know about investing in rental houses. It tells you how you can do it in your spare time and even guides you through the first eight weekends. It's the best real estate investing book I've ever read.

    What a Great System

This is a wonderful book! I wish I'd had this knowledge 25 years ago. My retirement would be much more comfortable and secure. With Mutual Fund companies being under investigation, and stocks so volatile, owning property and following the plan in the book is the smart way to build a fortune.
