She has had many roles during her 40 years of experience as a transformational coach, educator, corporate consultant, and interfaith minister. Susyn Reeve writes, “This book was written to be used over the course of a year, allowing you to experiment with different points of view and practices in order to install a software upgrade in your mind, create a personal ritual that nourishes wholehearted living in your daily life, and stock your personal medicine bag with remedies, tools, charms, and reminders to continually expand your capacity for wholehearted living.” This book is meant to be a journey, not a sprint. It takes time to disconfirm negative ideas about ourselves, and even more time to gain new positive truths that we then use on the world.  Susyn Reeve is here to take us through that journey, a journey of self-discovery, change, and empowerment. And she will walk us through each step.  Unlike so many authors attempting to do the same, Reeve actually gives us the daily steps to achieve a wholehearted life.  Rather than just identifying the problem, she easily spells out the solution. I can’t wait to finish and see how my life has changed!

This book is filled to the brim with incredible life advice. Susyn Reeve inspires her readers to slow down and notice life; to not allow it to pass by without breathing it in and acknowledging everything that surrounds us. This book is a valuable guide towards leading a more aware and fulfilled life. I will be looking through this book endlessly for the year to come and look forward to the enlightenment it will bring to my entire world.

This book comes with 365 ideas so that you can make your life a daily project of self improvement and self love. It is an inspirational book that helps you be a better person not only to yourself but to others as well. With tips like keeping a journal and eating dessert first, it is a great book to have on hand.

365 Ways to Live from the Heart I read Suysn Reeve’s excellent “Inspired Life” and found her to be wise and down-to-earth, which a lot of spiritual writers are NOT. This appeals to me as she seems like a real person passing  on what she has learned. This book is fantastic  filled with ideas to grow and live from the heart. i give this my highest recommendation!
