Lee Ann Sontheimer Murphy lives with her family, husband, three children, and a spoiled Jack Russell terrier in the Missouri Ozarks. She is a member of Missouri Writers Guild, Romance Writers of America and the Ozark Writers League. As a native of St. Joseph, Missouri, she grew up surrounded by history including the short-lived Pony Express and the legend of outlaw Jesse James. Her interests include family history, history, listening to music, and travel.
