Excerpt:

Patrick leaned on the counter, his arms shaking slightly as he dragged his fingernails on the counter. When did I last eat? He felt a ripple of shock move through him as he noticed he had scratched fine lines into the wood. Shaking he turned over his palm and saw that his fingernails had grown into very sharp points. He was stunned. Had he, perhaps, developed a tolerance for wolfsbane? Not good. Not good at all.

The office had been struck by a bout of flu. Patrick had been dragged into the office with the threat that if he made one more excuse to avoid work, he would be fired. With so many staff sick and the threat of his job disappearing, he had no choice but to come into work. He just had to make it through the day shift, and then he could drive to the Presidio Forest and have at it until sunrise.
Teeth clenched together, he walked towards the room and knocked.

“Hello, I’m Dr. Patrick.”

“Hi, doctor. I’m Mandy.”

A beautiful woman slid off the papered bench and took his outstretched hand. He felt warmth shooting through her fingers. She had auburn hair, a round pretty face and wide hips. He could see her breasts straining against the paper gown and he could almost imagine it tearing. He wanted to walk forward and rip her paper gown apart and suck her tits. Then, he would take those thick thighs in his hands and spread her apart. He would watch her face transform from surprise to ecstasy.

Patrick coughed as he shook her hand, feeling the tightness in his pants that meant he had a massive hard-on. He fought the urge to smell his hand as she turned around to sit down. He caught a flowery scent from her hair. His leg stiffened, momentarily disarmed from her breathtaking beauty.
Someone—a male voice. He turned around and saw a reedy man sitting on a chair. Patrick disliked him immediately. Typical.

“I’m her boyfriend, Alex.”

He shook his hand but mentally thought about how he would gladly kick the shit out of the idiot if he had the chance. He could smell something foul off him—a bitter, sharp smell that hurt his nose. Down, Patrick. You don’t even know the guy.

He sat across from the beautiful woman, Mandy and smiled at her. There was a somberness in her expression that he didn’t like to see.

“Well, why don’t you tell me why you’re here today?”
