    This is a great go to book for designing your own quick work out

    This is a great go to book for designing your own quick work outs at home. The moves are all very doable and offer a bunch of variety with or without equipment. I am able to meet my goals of 3-4 workouts per week and I'm seeing good results and feeling stronger. If you like the magazine's workouts, you will appreciate it all at you fingertips in one volume.

    Great, Great !!!!

    This book is very helpful and it will absolutely change your body. it is a like a trainer but in a book form.
