This is a great go to book for designing your own quick work outs at home. The moves are all very doable and offer a bunch of variety with or without equipment. I am able to meet my goals of 3-4 workouts per week and I'm seeing good results and feeling stronger. If you like the magazine's workouts, you will appreciate it all at you fingertips in one volume.
