    A Must Have

    Got this book at the library and went to B&N the next day and bought it. I love this book, variations to all poses, exercise sequences, poses for health purposes and well being. Especially good for the beginner Yogster. The ladies at work went and bought their own copies to practice by.

    Love It!

    I use this book all the time now! If you've never done yoga before it can be a little difficult knowing how to transition between poses. The book offers several different yoga poses, explaining how to do them and how they help your body. It has poses if you're working out a specific part of your body, if you're an athlete, or if you're looking to yoga for your health.

    Love this book. Beautiful layout, written in a inspiring and empowering way! It really answers a lot of questions for the passionate western yogi.
    I really appreciate the sense of humor and encouraging way Kathryn writes. As a Yoga teacher, it is a must in my collection!!!  This book is great for anyone who l 
    loves Yoga, and wants to read about it in an understandable way. Kathryn has a way of making me feel that I can do all that too, and I love that.

    I was given this book as a Christmas present and I love it!!! I

    I was given this book as a Christmas present and I love it!!! I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer and I use this book as a reference all the time. It is a wealth of information from front to back. I love the relaxed way it is written and the pictures are very inspiring!
