I cannot say enough how beneficial probiotics are. This book was excellent for learning more about them that I did not know, which was surprising as it's something I've been researching on my own for quite a while now to help with my intestinal issues. Taking probiotics is one thing, but understand the "why" is important as well. Excellent book!
