Meet the Author

Bethany Anderson is an Editor in the Craft Community at F+W Media. Growing up in a family where all the women were seamstresses, Bethany is not fainthearted with sewing. However, she is mostly obsessed with notions, trim and fabric that all pre-date 1970. In 2007 she graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, in Graphic Design with the honorary title of "The Renegade" when she was assigned to create a book and produced a quilt. All her life she has loved handmade crafts and continuously loves pushing the boundaries of any medium.
