A Highly Enjoyable and Original Christmas Story

The Year Santa Wore Green is a delightful tale that is very enjoyable and original. It teaches a moral that can be understood easily by even young children. I recommend this book wholeheartedly for homes and classrooms alike.

A Christmas treasure for children of all ages!

A charming story that flows with rhyme and rhythm reminiscent of another Christmas classic, "T'was the Night Before Christmas", with a terrific moral that even the youngest child can understand. The words and pictures will capture readers young and old.

    Wonderful "Inside and Out"!

The moral is clear. It is not the clothes you wear, but the person you are on the inside that is important. In addition, standing up for what you believe in and desire, (Santa does this) and IT'S OK to be DIFFERENT! are all things we try to teach children. As a teacher, I try to find holiday books to share during the holidays that are special. This one is. It is not just for the holidays though! It is wonderful any time of year!

    Highly recommend

Such a nice story for children and a good lesson for all. Who best to teach children than the beloved Santa Claus that it is what's in a person's heart that counts the most.

Excellent !!!! A must read and highly recommended !

This book is very readable and has a valuable moral for all ! My 5 year old neice read it to me and her mother. It was so interesting and the illustrations are so colorful and beautiful that her 9 year old cousin came over to listen to the story. This book is not for Christmas time only but a year round treasure !

    Adorable Christmas Book for Kids!!!!

This book has a great moral story for kids. It send a message about valuing what's on the inside not the outside! The illustrations keep the kids engaged while you read or they give it a try=)
