    Great way to learn yoga postures

    I bought my first copy of this book when I was relatively new to the practice of yoga. Now that I am an instructor, I have purchased many copies of this book for others who are new to yoga. The Yoga Bible is the best book for beginners to find a posture, learn its correct name, and review the proper body positioning. While the book is especially valuable for beginners, it is also very useful for those with more experience who want a quick review. It is organized well and has very good pictures.
