It's a known fact that the only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn.
It's also a fact that most people who attempt to lose weight do so at the expense of nutrition.
What if we could address both issue at once? That is to say, replace a meal with something super nutritious and calorie conscious? And what if it was delicious, inexpensive and easy to make? Sounds like a rock solid cornerstone for a weight loss plan, yes?

Importance of Exercise & Tips
The YoJo Diet was born of the necessity to save a life. Jamie found out at the age of 44 that he had Type 2 Diabetes. He had just remarried after raising his 10-year-old daughter on his own since she was an infant. He lost his mother at a very young age due to the same disease and after a long hospital stay and surgery because of his Diabetes, he was bound and determined to shed excess pounds and gain control of his life before unhealthy habits took it altogether.
Jamie was a professional chef for more than 25 years before publishing The YoJo Diet. He still enjoys creating dishes that are safe for Diabetics and enjoyable by all.
