Overview

The Youngest Templar: Robard's Revenge, Part 1 continues the adventures of Tristan, Robard and Maryam as they start their new lives after the events in The Youngest Templar: Orphan of Destiny. Robard and Maryam return to Sherwood and find that the Shire Reeve William Wendenal has exacted a horrible price for Robard's actions.
Meanwhile, Tristan has been knighted by Sir Charles, the Master of the Order of Knights Templar. Stationed in Dover he faces an uncertain future with hopes of returning to France to find Celia the Cathar princess whom he has never stopped thinking about. But first he must attend to his duties which includes finding a new Squire. Strolling the Dover streets one day, Tristan finds a young urchin named Much. He is small, skinny, hasn't had a decent meal in weeks and is full of attitude. But Tristan sees something in the boy and decides he would be the perfect squire.
But before he can complete Much's training, Will Scarlet appears at the Dover Commandery. He brings news. Robard has been taken prisoner by the Shire Reeve of Nottingham and he has enlisted Prince John's help in solving his outlaw problem in Sherwood Forest. And Robard is on his way to London Town with a horrible fate awaiting him.
