--Jim Loehr, New York Times bestselling coauthor of The Power of Full Engagement

"As most leaders know, the best answers are often found in how one frames the question. In this remarkable book, Dr. Ginny Whitelaw sharpens the reader's abilities to reframe everything. Offering a genuinely innovative amalgamation of Eastern thought and the world of work, Dr. Whitelaw provides the reader grounding in practical leadership application, just as she introduces the next stretching insight. This book is a gift that keeps on giving."
--Ed Bernard, vice chairman, T. Rowe Price Group

The Zen Leader does not encourage you to just "be peaceful." Nor does it suggest that you work harder, faster, or ignore the pressure. Quite the opposite: the book is about using the pressure to propel "flips" in consciousness that create transformational leaders, leaders who create the future with joy and enthusiasm, rather than drive themselves and their people to exhaustion.

The Zen Leader is a welcome progression from the dry business leadership books of the past. Author Ginny Whitelaw skillfully integrates years of experience developing leaders at some of the biggest companies around the world with her own Zen training. It offers practical applications of the priniciples so that leaders at all levels can grow. Whether you know a great deal about leadership or Zen, or if you know nothing at all, I highely recommend The Zen Leader!

Excellent! A MUST READ for today's leaders.

Who would have guessed that zen and leadership could be such a perfect match for each other? Ginny Whitelaw shows you that it's not only possible, but the path to reaching one's full potential as a leader and human being. The "flips" are very eye-opening and offer a new perspective for EVERYONE, whether you are in a leadership role or not. The Zen Leader is a brilliant book -- I strongly recommend it!
