Frustrated by the lack of progress in the police investigation into Ellie's death, they set a trap for the three main suspects, and Paige plays the part of seductress, hoping to lure the culprit into saying something incriminating. Isaac and Nick rush to her aid, determined not to lose the woman they both love. But will they be in time to save her? ** A Siren Erotic Romance

Conflicts were not dragged just to make the story long but were resolved fast but smoothly. The sleuthing plot was just enough and straightforward, no surprise twists which is fine since this ain't a Ludlum or Grisham book. The bond between the trio was built-up moderately without any of the one-step forward, two-step back plots. I'm not much into BDSM but said scenes were written in a playful way that I never did my usual skip-straight-to-the-climax-and-afterglow page turning. Lots of scorching scenes that in no way made me feel the heroine is treated like a common whore. The red-hot chili scenes were eased into the story and did not simply jump out of nowhere. Good for a bit of ol' light 500-pages-readin'. Definitely worth my reading time.
