If you enjoy immersing yourself in the history of the Revolutionary War then this is the book for you! With a gripping plot, Roy Moyle's debut as an author is a page turner that never slows down. What I admired most was the way he developed the characters so defined you can almost smell and taste the fear, the hope, the love, and the loss. I know you will love this book as much as I did and look forward to future writings from this up and coming new gifted author.

Meet the Author

Roy J. Moyle was born in New Brunswick, N.J., and currently resides in the central portion of that state. He possesses a passionate interest in American history; particularly the American Revolutionary War/Colonial Period. One of Roy's greatest passions is visiting historical sites throughout the eastern United States; thus providing a great foundation for the research required to author historically accurate works of fiction. In addition to his historical adventures, he has been a living historian for years, portraying various units during battles and encampments representing the Revolutionary War period; both civilian and soldier alike. Being a living historian has also afforded Roy the opportunity to appear in historical commercials, documentaries, and also brochures for the New Jersey Bureau of Tourism.

This book was a very enjoyable read. I was able to attach myself

This book was a very enjoyable read. I was able to attach myself to the main character and feel his pains and victories as he went through them. The American Revolution has always been an interesting period in history for me, and Then...A Patriot I'll Be afforded me the opportunity to immerse myself back in time, and feel what it was like living through that turbulent time before and during the birth of our country. You can’t help but to take away a deep feeling for all those brave men and women who stood up for what they believed in, and revolted against what they felt was the tyranny of Great Britain. So much was sacrificed by so many, and this novel did an exquisite job in conveying this through its pages. I highly recommend this read for lovers of history, and those looking to follow an action packed and entertaining story alike.
