I am a project manager in a multi-country IT corporation and I was in charge of designing and managing the transition of a big team from one organisation to another. After searching several resources for some valuable insights into change management, I came across the ZYX Theory which had everything that I needed and more. It is a great source of inspiration for project leaders everywhere that are facing the same challenge as I was. This book had a decisive contribution to the success of the transition project that I managed and in the end it got me a pretty big company bonus. It now holds the top position in helpful books I came across and I will certainly use it again and again in the future as well as recommend it to others.
I am a management consultant and have read most prominent works on change management. I have found Theory ZYX to be the most comprehensive and practical. In my practice, I now use Theory ZYX and have mostly abandoned other methodolgies.

The most important task of a leader is to manage and create change. Theory ZYX is the best methodology to create change successfully. The book walks the reader through all aspects of becoming successful with real life stories
This title gives the reader tools to lead a change initative successfully. There are many stories to give the reader examples to think about. There are charts and diagrams to give examples of how Theory ZYX can be used to manage your group or team. I found it very useful while leading my companies cost reduction initiative.
