In "There is No App For Happiness", Max is right on point. Those of us that are interested in finding balance in today's fast paced world will find easy to understand and applicable "tips" for success. I also highly recommend Max's book, "A Life Worth Breathing". Max is a teacher who truly cares about people, and his dedication to the health and well being of humanity is inspiring.

I got the book after listening to the author's TED talk and signing up for his workshop. I thought I will have an enreached, deeper experience knowing what he stands for prior to the workshop. I enjoyed reading the book. I have been reading about yoga, and Eastern traditions. Max Strom takes the ancient ideas to a new level of self - exploration and suggests wonderful ways of enreaching and expanding our lives.
