Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Denise Daley
A frog in the school bathroom can create a lot of excitement, especially when it is in the girl's restroom. The students are squealing and squawking, mostly for fear that the frog will jump on them. Of course, the frog is not worried. In fact, he seems to be enjoying himself as he lazily swims about the sink or checks his appearance in the mirror. This sweet and simple story is told in entirely in rhyme. Only easy words are used and the large bold print makes reading this book effortless and enjoyable, especially for younger readers. The full-page illustrations add to the comical aspect of the story. This silly story ends with a surprising twist; sometimes the things you see are safer than the scary ones that are hidden!

    rhyme time!

This is an excellent book for all elementary age children! The author is witty with her rhyming and it's fun and exciting. The pages are bright and have a lot of character. This is a great, fun book for your own or your grandkids!
