This book is an incredible compendium of scales and melodic patterns. The very thought of someone taking the time to write down all the iterations of scales and patterns found in this book boggles the mind. A book like this one may have limited utility to you unless you are specifically looking for the material contained in it. For instance, a book that only contains pentatonic scales will only be useful to you if you are looking for a compendium of pentatonic scales. With that said, if you're looking specifically for an extensive collection of exotic scales and melodic patterns to inspire you, this could definitely be the book for you.
