I have read all three books in this series and love them all. Having grown up in the Lowell area, and being very interested in the history of the mill girls I was pleased to see how the authors wove a great story(no pun intended!)with fairly accurate historical background information. These books are a pleasure to read and in a day and age where sex, violence and things of darkness are all too common,I hope they come out with a book number four, and soon!

I have enjoyed this series. I like the way the authors "weave" mystery and danger into the story line. Such a pleasure to read a book that doesn't have sex and bad language and yet gives wholesome solutions to what we all are searching for.

This is definately the poorest storyline of the three books and I was dissapointed. The "threads" of abolitionism, class, ethnicity and faith just don't ever come together is a satisfactory way. And litle if nothing is resolved
