Detective Marsh Mysteries #1 A woman is found dead in the apartment of a stranger. Not finding him would be Detective Marsh's first unsolved case. He won't let that happen. Brilliant, a story that keeps moving until it's done. DLF Review  See more details below

This 114 page book felt incomplete. While one reviewer remarked it seemed a tenth grader wrote it, well.....I would expect a bit more thought out of a tenth grader and better editing. The premise was good, it was a fast read, just too short, choppy and needed polish. There were no transition markers of any type and the author bounced around between characters so fast, it was hard to know who was talking or thinking what. I am putting this down to author inexperience more than anthing else. For readers 17 and up, but do not expect to be amazed, or remember this book after a few days. AD

Life is to short to try to decode novels. When on the first page I read that the assistant corner was going to do the autopsy I decided not to bother finding out what the rest of the room was intending to do. I know some feel editing is not important. I feel if the author can't be bring himself o read his own work, if none of his friends like him enough to read even the first page this must be a really bad author.

Really for $.99 you expected War & Peace! Granted this is one of the older works try spending a few bucks and purchase one of the newer novels before you try and set yourself as a reviewer or is that troll!

Only 114 pages. Not long enough to really qualify as a book. This author was all over the place. There were no markers to detail where a scene ended and another began so you are several sentences into a paragraph and you realize its somewhere else, or somrone else talking, or another day. Thats very distracting. This author needs to learn more about that. The story had good possibilities but felt more like it was wriyten by a 10th grader.
