If you want to be rich, do what the rich people are doing. If you want to be thin, do what the thin people are doing. It is almost too easy, yet brilliant! I find Anne's book to be highly motivating for those who are struggling with weight issues. I often read quotes from her 'masters' to my weight loss audiences. My goal is to help them learn how to identify their own 'light bulb moment' when they finally take control of their weight. Anne's masters prove that by changing your mind, you can change your body. These masters do make 'Thin Choices' everyday. Jill Fleming, MS, RD Author of the book 'Thin People Don't Clean Their Plates'.

This book has been very helpful to me. It was easy to read and had a lot of great tips. Hearing all the success stories gave me the confidence to see that I too could change my life and lose the weight I need to. It has inspired me to get motivated to exercise and realize that I need to take care of myself.
