This book is very useful for managing weight loss. It gives healthy recipes at the beginning of each week that are low in calories and aid in the weight loss goal. Each week prompts you to write down your calories for each meal and the exercise done in a day. There needed to be more room for writing for each individual day. It was difficult to get all things eaten and all exercise done written in the tiny space on the pages. Overall, everything that you could want to write down you could, so, more or less I would give it a positive rating.
