Overview

It is said that death and aging are inevitable parts of life, but is this the whole truth? Can life be greatly extended and aging postponed? If belief in a thing makes it so, then there is a way out of the cycle of aging and death. Abandon the misperceptions of life and aging, summon up the courage to face life's simple fundamental truths, and you can lead a more youthful joyous life by simply making the right physical, mental, and dietary changes to your current lifestyle. In this book, we will examine some of the misperceptions connected up with why we age, look into why such concepts are wrong, and even the thought of them being harmful. With the help of the latest research in medical science, quantum mechanics, and a look back to ancient texts, we will see how the aging processes that humans experience are largely preventable and in some cases reversible.

Meet the Author

Peter Baksa has advanced degrees from a Big Ten university and did research and study in the schools of architecture, finance, and law. He sat on the board of a bank that grew from a small-town bank into a multistate, $3 billion juggernaut. After being elected president of a small Illinois symphony, he took it from near bankruptcy to sold-out concerts. He has seen "poor" and worked through scholarships, odd jobs for the university, writing and playing original songs with his band, and also dragged himself over to the brighter side of life, closing his first real estate deal in time to pay off his student loans as well as provide seed money for his boutique real estate company. When he's not working on his books or speaking professionally, he helps the Make a Wish Foundation, the Starlight Foundation, and Broward's Children Center, raising money and creating interest in these organizations through events that he created and successfully initiated.
