This generous 20-track collection transports one back to 1965, and it's obvious the pop charts were surprisingly varied (as they usually always are, actually, no matter what the year) and full of little gems. Here we have the Seekers's hopeful and beautiful "A World of Our Own," the Animals' insistent and pleading "Please Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood," and the Beach Boys' fun plea for romantic assistance, "Help Me Rhonda," to name just a few of the delights included in this fun set that seems perfect for a long drive down memory lane on a bright summer's day.
