Tony Bennett's edition in the Columbia series This Is Jazz indeed focuses on his most jazz-oriented sides, all recorded during the late '50s and early '60s. Several feature stellar sidemen -- the likes of Count Basie's Orchestra, Stan Getz, Herbie Hancock, Nat Adderley, Art Blakey, Zoot Sims, Urbie Green -- and the selections are outstanding.
