About the Author

The irreverent and effervescent Amy Allen is a first time writer and a first time mother. She graduated from Oxford with a degree in Japanese and spent 4 years working in luxury advertising in Tokyo. Back in London, she ran the Harrods and Patek Philippe advertising accounts for 2 years before training as an image consultant. She currently lives in Singapore where she runs her own event management company, Bespoke and is Champagne Jacquesson's business development director for Asia-Pacific.
