I've always been a huge fan of Stephanie, but when her album came out, I was worried that she was going to sell out and do an album that wouldn't live up to her potential. I was pleasantly surprised. It is truly amazing, from the first to the last moment. I would recommend this album to anyone! :)

this is must for your music collection

wow - what an amazing instrument of voice. Stephanie has hit a home run in the music industry with her debut album. I purchased 3 CD's already and am on my way back to purchase a couple more as gifts for some dear friends. Her vocal control, intonation and style are magical. Her voice is soothing, constant, all the while still powerful, it will stir your soul. RUN, don't walk, to buy this CD. I promise you won't be sorry!

    Simply Sensational!

This is a CD long overdue to the music world. Stephanie is blessed with a brilliantly clear, strong, wide-ranged voice. She carries a phrase like few others with precise diction some singers still ignore. Her soul can be felt in every note and her choice of songs in this debut CD lets you into her world. Her playful, at-ease sense of humor is evident in some selections, also. Stephanie has cut her teeth on many roles on and off Broadway and will hopefully get the recognition she truly deserves with this musical offering. You won't be disappointed, just blessed!

SJB hits it out of the park

This Place I Know is fantastic. The songs show off Stephanie's range and talents. Her voice is beautiful and incredibly strong and powerful. She can do sweet and lovely, or she can hit it out of the park. She's got qualities of Liza Minelli and Barbra Streisand, but adds her own little spark that makes me want to listen to the album over and over. Very well done.
