I purchased this book because I wanted to get into the Law of Attraction and find out what the big deal about it is. I was mostly just interested in using the idea to improve my money situation. The book does have plenty of that. It spends a lot of time discussing how our thoughts influence our actions and attitudes, and in turn those thoughts and attitudes affect our finances. What was extra that I wasn't prepared for was how this idea of thoughts affecting our actions and attitudes applies to every area of life, not just business. It affects our overall happiness and success in dating, friends, self esteem, and achieving personal goals too. It's a philosophy of life that shows immediate results when applied properly. I had no idea how many negative thoughts I was casting on my own life until I started paying attention after reading this book. It's not just a lot of fluff, which is what I was skeptical about before reading, it has a lot of practical advice and examples.
