Overview

Welcome to Braedyn Murphy's life. She's a typical--if shy--sophomore navigating the slings and arrows of high school life with her two best friends, Royal and Cassie. Then a new boy, Lucas, moves into the house next door, and Braedyn finds herself falling in love for the first time.

But Braedyn's normal life comes crashing down around her ears when she learns she's a descendent of Lilith, the mother of all demons - and that she might play a critical role in an ancient war between the Sons of Adam and the Daughters of Lilith. Turns out the right answers aren't always clear or easy. And as for "good" and "evil" – it all depends on how you choose to act.

Inspired by the ancient Mesopotamian myths of Lilith and her offspring, Thrall explores first love, strong friendships, and taking on adult responsibilities against the backdrop of powerful supernatural forces and life-and-death stakes.

Editorial Reviews

Though Thrall is a debut novel, it doesn't read like the kind of work that new authors tend to release... The writing is tight, lacking superficial fluff, and it gave me hope that YA Paranormal Romance is still doable.

What I really liked was that good and evil were not clear cut. There were good and bad on both sides, and sometimes good people did bad things for what seemed like good reasons. Life is like that... I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it for anyone who likes young adult paranormal romance or urban fantasy.

Well drawn characters. Suspenseful storyline. Supernatural heroes and villains. What's not to love?

Other books are $4 and around 200 pages. Book 3 only has a review from someone that was given a free book. Book 4 has no reviews. Done with the series.

It started out ok, but then started to drag. Not only that, i found the main character tho be extremely annoying. She keeps doing things she knows are wrong but justifies them to herself. I couldn't finish the book because of that. It is well written, and i feel for the right person this would be a wonderful series. It is just not for me.

It's YA but it is a really good story I wouldn't mind continuing the series
