    Math Magic

I am a new teacher who has been reading the many works of Marilyn Burns to facilitate reading, writing and math. The books in this series are an excellent way to incorporate math concepts with reading and writing. The storyline is interesting and the illustrations keep children engaged. The follow-up excercises at the back of the book are creative and stimulated my creative juices to extend the activities further. What an excellent series to help children make math, reading, writing, comprehension an authentic learning experience!
