    Hot Read

Welcome to Bliss, Colorado. Please, don't shoot if you think you see a Bigfoot. It's probably just one of the hairier men from the local nudist commune. If you're concerned about potential alien abduction we have a resident "expert" who has tinfoil hats to spare. If you happen to be a political activist, you'll appreciate the Friday lunch corner show by our friendly neighborhood Vegans. "Tolerance is our catch phrase". Rachel says it best: "It was the weirdest little town".

I so want to move to Bliss, Colorado! Ms. Oak has a skill for creating not only heart-warming, leave you breathless stories but entire communities that make the reader want to pull a Mary Poppins and jump right into the book. Take for instance the first book in the Nights in Bliss, Colorado series, Three To Ride. Rachel Swift has been on the move for more than a year when she runs out of gas in the quaint little mountain community of Bliss. Thanks to a stalker she has had to not only change her name and her appearance but she's been too frightened to put down roots or get close to other people. In walk twins Max and Rye Harper along with the quirky yet welcoming close knit haven of Bliss.

Do you like a brooding "don't cross me" alpha hero? If so, you're going to love Max Harper. Max is known in the community for having quite a temper until he meets the shy and beautiful new waitress at Stella's. Rachel has a way about her that makes Max want to not let her see him as a "bear" but as a potential forever kind of man. He suspects that she is running from something or someone and sets out to win her trust as well as her heart. When Max starts explaining how to break a skittish horse, like Rachel, I got a little breathless and tongue tied. The dialogue in this novel is priceless.

Max's twin brother, Rye, is the sheriff of this odd little town. Rye is typically the more charming half of the twins. He's easily attracted to Rachel from just seeing her across the room but as he watches how she handles his brother he quickly loses his heart. Max and Rye have a history of sharing women that hasn't always ended well. I think you'll love how their story comes together. They'll have to come to grips with their need for each other when Rachel's past catches up with her.

Rachel and the twin's story isn't the last you'll hear of Bliss. Thankfully! The follow-up story, Two To Love is already out and Ms. Oak has noted that she is writing One To Keep right now! I can't wait to read it! Pick up a copy of Three To Ride today! I think you'll be ready to move to Bliss by the time you finish reading the last page!

WOO HOO BLISS, WHAT A TOWN!!

This is the third book I've read by this author and I can't believe I waited so long to enjoy them. Max, Rach and Rye were lovable characters. Sophie brings great storylines mixed with romance, drama and comedy in them to every book she writes. I have to say this book due to the town was a little more comedy filled and I loved that, especially if you appreciate being raised in a small town weird goes a long way. Can't wait for the rest of this series to come out so we can revisit Bliss.

This is my first read from Sophie Oak and I must say that I'm impressed. The turmail that the twins Max and Rye experience broke my heart as they attempted to try to live life as 2 couples rather than one threesome. Thank goodness Rachel comes to town. Unfortunately, Rachel brings her own issues to Bliss as her troubles follow her cross country. She soon learns that Bliss is unlike anyplace she's ever seen and for the first time, she doesn't want to leave. She lets her guard down a little and her past literally catches up with her. The eclectic townspeople love her for taming their notorious beast and welcome her with open arms. This was a fast paced fun story to read, and I look forward to reading much more.

This was a terrific read! I love everything about this series. Lexi Blake makes me wish for a place just like Bliss, Colorado. The quirky town with all it's fun-loving, misunderstood people and the way they accept each other and bind together in times of need. Every story in the series is unique and pulls you in from the beginning. Love, lust and danger lurks all around. The characters are easy to fall for. Hot, domineering, alpha males and their independent yet compassionate women that throw their lives in chaos while loving every minute of it.Rye and Max Harper are twins. Their whole lives they wanted one thing. To find a women that will accept their need to share her and make a life and family together.  They have given up hope of ever finding The One.¿Rachel Swift is tired of being on the run and finds a home in Bliss Colorado. When she meets Max and Rye she is drawn to them both and that scares her. Could she possibly have a life with both of them. As they fight for their new-found love Rachel's stalker has other plans that could cost them all their lives.

My first book from Sophie Oak and I really liked her way of creating a story. This is a ménage story and it’s sounds so different that is fun to read and enjoy how this relationship could work. Max and Rye are brothers and very aware that they need a woman to share for the rest of their life, it’s not only for fun, but it’s getting real hard to find the one, so now they decided, more like Max can’t handle another failure, to split their relationships.

Rachel is actually running away from a stalker and that is a recurring theme, because it’s always the same, she has to change name and hair and hope to be safe for a little while, working in diners and living with only thoughts of the next city to run, but Rachel made the mistake of falling in love with Max, with that’s nothing wrong, but Rye is worried about this girl and since he’s the sheriff, he decided to discover a bit about her past. The thing is Rachel stalker is actually a cop and he found out really fast about the little town she’s now hiding and decided to pay her a visit.

So the book is more than just a little kinky sex, and the investigative part was actually really good, but I liked Max and Rye relationship better than anything. They are brothers, but they fight too and Max is actually a very funny guy half the time, so Rachel was real lucky and these two are perfect together.

    A delightfully sexy adventure!

This was the first book by this author I have picked up and I am glad I did! Three To Ride is a fast paced erotic romance that has an actual story to it that is intriguing and fun. Rachel is a terrific take charge heroine that you can relate to, and Max & Rye are completely sexy alpha males that you will fall in lust with. The town of Bliss is written with such quirky depth you may want to book travel plans to visit. There is some good tension and drama as well as some delicious love scenes and great humor. I will definitely be keeping my eye on this author and you should too! I can't wait to revisit Bliss!
