While this book was short, it definitely was a page turner. "Three's a Crowd' picked up where "Second Time's a Charm," Alex and Lissa married and tried to blend their families. Unfortunately, Chloe isn't failing in the love department with her marriage so trying to be a good friend, Lissa invites Chloe to live with her which equals D-R-A-M-A! Chloe tries to steal Alex back. In the end, everyone does what is best for the kids. All I have to say is that Lissa is WAY to good of a friend. Alex and Lissa's marriage stood the a true test of love. Was this review helpful? 3.5 stars from me!
While this story was short, there were sometimes where I felt that if I had read the first book, Second Time's A Charm, I would have understood more of what was going on. On the other hand though, there were some parts of this book that I was able to understand completely even though I hadn't read the first book.
I think that the author did a really good job attempting to mesh the two families that were brought together due to Lissa and Alex's marriage. Adding in the drama of Alex's ex, this story definitely had its high points on the drama-o-meter. I don't want to judge the characters development because they could have been done in the previous book.
Even though I did enjoy the drama that took part in this book, I'm unsure if I would want to go back and read the first book in the series. If you are looking for a book with a fair amount of drama, than this is the book for you.

Melissa Keir is one of my favorite authors. She weaves tales of love into ordinary lives. Lissa and Alex met in Second Time's a Charm but Three's a Crowd really tests their love. I highly recommend Melissa's booksWas this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
