    Very informative and helpful

    I have Brendan's first book and follow it. This one is a nice addition to the first book. Again, well written and informative.

    Better Than A Number of Others!

    Interesting approach and very informative. Using the concept of optimal performance results with eating healthy. Researched well and a number of experts contributed to book.
