    It's a very good book for beginners, but....

    it is written in a very personable approachable manner, with detailed visualizations; however be aware that she and her teacher were/are embroiled in controversy. google her name and then come to your own conclusions.

    I really enjoyed her book and liked it very much also bought it in e-book form and a real copy to share with friends and to pass around and laaow others to read and enjoy it as well and maybe find some insights into their own lives and about meditation...

    This short and clear book is an excellent choice for beginner meditators and long term practitioners alike. The meditations are fantastic and thought provoking.

    A really good Meditation book for beginners and advanced meditators alike.

    I enjoyed this book very much and high lighted a lot of the important parts that I found most interesting and the guides through the different meditations and how to do them. I think that the book was well written and almost everyone can take something away from it inspirationally and in knoweldge that they may not have already had or experianced.
