A man whose lifestyle is so different from her own...

Nic Dalton's cupcake bakery is thriving. She serves both rock stars and locals alike, content with her growing business. But one adventurous night out with her best friend, Bailey, turns her life upside down. She meets a handsome stranger who makes her skin sizzle and her heart race. Their one night together is explosive and unexpected, but when he has to suddenly leave without taking her phone number, Nic resigns herself to never seeing him again.

...What will it take to trust and submit to his every desire?

Matt Montgomery is one of Seattle's finest. He works hard, loves and protects his family fiercely, and is loyal almost to a fault.

And he has a penchant for bondage.

Matt enjoys the way a woman looks wrapped up in his ropes, and makes no apologies for his preferences. When he meets Nic at a fetish festival, the small, beautiful woman catches his eye, drawing him to her. His one night with her was everything he's ever looked for in a partner, but is cut short because of a family emergency. Even before he sees her again weeks later, he knows he'll never get her out of his system.

And he'll do whatever it takes to make her his.

"Give in to this, Nic. Let me prove to you that I will be one of the best decisions you ever make." -Matt Montgomery

I HATED this book! Nic is a complete pushover and Matt is an ass. The visit to the sex club just reinforces the fact that they are both idiots. Nic blindly goes along with getting naked in a room full of people and Matt the jerk accepts it as his due. Good grief, there is nothing loving in this "relationship"..

This is the first of the "With Me in Seattle" series that I have read, and the only problem I have is understanding who all the characters mentioned are!  But, needless to say, I have fallen in love with the Montgomerys!   The entire family is warm, loving and what you want your own family to be.  Matt and Nic are good together, and I can't wait to see what happens next with this amazing family........maybe it's Asher's turn!  Plus, have to get my hands on the previous books in the series so I can get caught up!

I have read all of Kristen's books, and loved them all. While this one was good, it wasn't as deep as I would have liked. The connection between Matt and Nic could have been better. It felt rushed. I also would have liked to see more of a connection with nic and the Montgomery family. It was all in all a good book, but not my favorite in the series.

I wanted to really like this one.  I waited for Matt's story, he was my favorite. Unfortunately, this one just doesn't hold up with the rest of the series.  It seemed rushed and without the romance I have come to expect.  The sex scenes where HOT but (and yes, I'm gonna say it) there was too much of it and not enough interaction between Matt and Nic.  They went from strangers, to sex, to in love within a day.

I really did not like this one. Nic, she is supposed to be all shy and then she just meets this stranger and lets him tie her up and then take her home out in public still tied up and take him to her home. And the scene in the club where she lets Matt strip her in front of everybody. I just did not think it matched with her personality, especially since she had never done something like before. I love all the other books in the series. I wish I liked this one too, but I just did not!! I wish Icould get my money back on this one!!

## I have absolutely LOVED this series, HOWEVER, this one pissed me off a bit. The excuse Matt gave in the beginning of the book about why he never called was bogus. He knew where she lived and could have easily contacted her if he wanted to. Also, the sex club scene was ridiculous. Matt parades Nic around this club and demands she get naked. "I won't make you kneel or call me master this first time". (Omg, he's so sweet.) Are you freaking kidding me? Ugh. And when she gets jealous about his ex-sub coming on to him at the club, he actually scolds her. To be honest, he scolds her a lot. And she just takes it. Over and over. I hate when men speak down to women and he was constantly doing that. She had to ask permission several times: May I speak? May I touch you? Fu*k THAT. Cut this guy loose for Pete's sake.

I have read all of Kristen's books, and loved them all. While this one was good, it wasn't as deep as the other books were. The connection between Matt and Nic could have been better it felt rushed; also the title makes you believe that there is going to be some rope play and that just was not the case. I also would have liked to see more of a connection with Nic and the Montgomery family. It was a good book, but not my favorite in the series and felt that it was lacking something that the other books had.
