Meet the Author

David H. Bawdy is a pen name of David H. Hendrickson, whose award-winning short stories have appeared in anthologies, literary journals, and magazines. WestSide Books will be publishing his novel Cracking the Ice in June, 2011. He has published nearly one thousand works of nonfiction for which he has been honored with the Joe Concannon and Scarlet Quill awards.


The David H. Bawdy pen name is for Hendrickson's "bawdy" novels featuring Bubba Winslow, the world's dumbest and most sex-crazed crook.
