Most fantasy novels have certain elements that make for an entertaining read. This book takes all of those elements and combines them into one story. They left nothing out. And unlike a few books that I've read, where the author attempted to combine all of the key ingredients, the characters' have fully developed personalities. The combination of the three authors is flawless. And, no matter what part of a fantasy novel you like best, this novel does it and does it very, very well. If you never read another fantasy novel READ THIS ONE!!!!!!!

One of my ALL-TIME favorite books. Soo glad I was finally able to get a copy without breking the bank by special ordering it online. That's a very important factor for a college student.

This book was incredible. Although the plot can be considered a norm of fantasy, the re-telling of it by these three authors makes it its own entity. Each reader will most likely have their own favorite of the three women; I had two, Shelyra and Adele. There are several twists in the story that keep you guessing, although it is not one where the villain is kept 'unknown' until the end. Overall, I highly recommend this book for anyone who likes these three authors. I'm well aware that many reviews are only made by those who love the books, but I hope that those reading this will still be influenced to read these, as they are a great find.
