I was blown away with the story line! Teresa's attention to detail made it hard for me to put the book down. I want a secluded lair like the one described in the book. The drama alone was so exciting and was the topic of many conversations I've had. This book has been favorably discussed with my friends, my book club and even at a family reunion. I'm not sure why there are no other reviews, but, as for me, I think this book is definitely a must-read!
Let me start off by saying WOW. If all of Ms. D'Amario's characters are written as well as Lance and Cassie, then she has a fan for life. This book was simply full of surprises. I found it very hard to put down. Ms. D'Amario has a real way with words and spins a story that keeps you hanging on to the last word. The tension between the characters is so bloody thick at times that I found myself yelling at them to just get on with it already. And boy, the moments when they did, it was worth worth the wait. If you like your books to be filled with great characters, believable romance, conflict, tension, and engaging plot, then this book is a must read.
