Meet the Author

Tiki Barber retired from the New York Giants after the 2006 season and is now a correspondent for the Today show as well as an analyst for NBC's Football Night in America.

A powerlifter for nearly three decades, Joe Ccarini was the first man to officially squat eight hundred pounds. The owner of Carini's House of Iron, he has trained numerous NFL athletes.

    Amazing book!

    This was an informative, well organized book. I have not completed all of it but have read all the dialog. My intention is to use it to help me with my workouts and it has been very motivating for me.

    I intend to use this book as my workout bible.
