Wow. Sharon's story is amazing and a guaranteed boost for anyone who has ever struggled with esteem issues. I guess that would be just about anyone. This is NOT a 'diet book!' Rather, it cleverly demonstrates that weight problems are not about the food. This book is a smooth read and quite touching and appropriate for young adults as well also provides some insight to the world of Broadway for any Broadway hopefuls out there.
