Overview

My book consists of an array of poetry, most of which I wrote as a young adult, which are gripped tightly by connotations of experiences that were detrimental to my attitude of relationships. I have had relationships where the woman was almost like a wilder beast and vampire of my emotions, sucking, not just life force, but making a threat of a co-existence in negativity, possibly transforming myself to be as the ogre. I experimented with and challenged the "limb" in search for understanding and evenness, somewhat like the evenness and luxury of androgyny. Some, the more recent poems, are very light hearted and fixated in the form and illusion of romance and faithfulness with newfound joy, some normal apprehension and confidence. I have several poems which emerge from the finding of a higher power and my own brass interpretations of His attitudes toward His creation, not to mention a type of time comparitability scenic induced and personal hyperboles towards the art of Jesus. I also included my love of animals and as they are to me, God's creation, my opinion of their beauty and splendor so developed, my own cognition to the way they know what to do as they are, and my dismay and anger towards poachers and visible art of the animal being as detrimental art. I placed amongst my poetry some prose and short stories (very short), which came from sitting down with pen in hand and writing. The works are somewhat stories of passing time, life and death, and discovery, and a few slim attitude opinionated statements mostly with the whole thing being one solid metaphor.
