Overview

TIME TO REMEMBER is the third book in an ongoing series about Ravenhurst -a place where anything can happen and usually does. This book picks up where Shadows of Yesterday leaves off.

What you've been missing, Marguerite is sent back to King Arthur's Realm with the help of Katherine and Sebastian. Devlin is now residing at Hawthorne without Isabelle, Isabelle is having the time of her life with the Duke. Grayson has finally met a real woman and can't keep his hands off of her. Milford is trying to lay the legend to rest (trying being the operative word). Adam is still with Annabelle and he couldn't be happier. He even appointed a new butler at their townhouse. Annabelle is rather happy too, the new butler is quite fetching and virile. Darias is in the midst of a battle but will he be the victor - of course he will, he is The Raven Knight but you won't believe what else is going to happen...or who you are going to meet...its going to be interesting...

EXCERPT:
THE smell of sex hung heavily in the air. Jayce
pulled his long, golden hair back into a strip of leather, tethering it at the
nape of his neck and then bent over to pull on his pants. His well-defined muscles
bunched across his bare shoulders as he picked up his boots off the floor and
tugged them on.

He glanced over at the naked girl sprawled across his bed and raised a
questioning brow. Her tangled mass of flaxen hair spilled down across one heavily
rounded breast as she ran the tips of her fingers down to the taunt nipple in a
silent invitation to join her once more.

Jayce groaned. He had training with Gaitland but his body had other
ideas. "Surely you temp me wench," he says and then breathes a sharp intake of
air as she turns over exposing her beautiful body completely in the early
morning light.

He looked down at the front of his pants, his rigid erection apparent.
To hell with Gaitland, training could
wait. He bent over and yanked off his boots and then unfastened his pants,
kicking them to the side as he climbed wholeheartedly back into bed.

Smoldering hot air filled the dark chamber.
Chains rattled from the ceiling, pulsing from the relentless heat trying to
push its way from the room.

Sweat trickled down the side of Morrigan's face, drenching her hair
and clothing. She leaned closer to the roaring fire. Hot flames licked up the
sides of the steely rod she jabbed into molten coals under the large cauldron,
stoking the blaze even higher as she conjured a spell.

The lilting sound of laughter filled the air,
sending shivers of delight across his skin, filling his mind, body, and soul.

He spotted her in the distance, running, her long dark hair wafting
out from behind, floating on the wind. He gave chase, staying behind, even
though he could easily catch her. He wanted the game to last a bit longer.

He stopped under a tree, his heart beating wildly as he ducked behind hiding.
He smiled and waited, listening.

A dark shadow passed overhead. He looked up. A lone raven glided
across the sky, its silky black wings fluttering in the wind as it soared
higher. His laughter evaporated. He gripped the tree, watching in horror as the
raven disappeared into a swirling white mist descending from the sky above.

He called out. His heart beat so loudly, it blocked out all other
sound. He ran as fast as his legs would carry him, his feet pounding the earth,
vibrating through his body, jarring his entire being. The mist was so thick
that he could no longer see. He ran sightless... he couldn't find her. Fear
wrapped itself around him, squeezing the very breath from his lungs.

The swirling mist ebbed and a dark form appeared. Relief poured over
him momentarily. He wanted to call out to her, but could not find his voice. He
tried to walk, but his legs were stuck in place; he was unable to move forward.
He watched in horror as the churning mist wound its way around her.

An anguished cry tore from his throat as he helplessly watched her
disappear from sight.

This series is written with unexpected twists and turns, funny characters, dysfunctional hotties, and heroines who simply aren't normal and that all happens before things really start to heat up.

Editorial Reviews

Wow!
What a funny, hot, riveting read. I loved this book, the first one (Forgotten Time) was good but this one is really good. I love the past/present flip. I can't wait to see what happens next. I read tons of time-travel books, Kurland, Deveraux, Muir, Gibbs and even Gabaldon, but I have to say Beaumont is very quickly becoming my favorite. I totally recommend this book.

This was AWESOME! It had a little of everything with a side dish of hot, hot and some more hot. I love this book. And what pray tell is Morrigan up to? I am dying to find out what happens next. Please don't take forever with the rest!
