Overview

"TimePulse: Beyond Titanic" makes up a collection of stories by author/filmmaker Tom Marcoux, three set in the same alternate history. Sam Hart, present day college instructor, wakes up in an undersea city populated by survivors of the Titanic Disaster--and finds himself at the heart of a struggle between two factions. In the second TimePulse story, a young woman from the future journeys to the present, fighting side by side with a martial arts instructor to prevent Genetic Armageddon. Then Sam Hart teams up with a time-traveling android to save that same young woman and to stop a mutant bent on enslaving humanity. Four other tales include the zany "2 Days To Hollywood" about a pair of friends who battle malevolent ghosts while feverishly finishing a screenplay before deadline, and "Hit It Home," the heart-warming tale about a young boy and his grandfather who defy the boy's psychic premonition not to travel together to Scotland.

Editorial Reviews

Danek S. Kaus
TimePulse is an action-filled Sci-Fi adventure. It's fast-paced tone makes it a summer popcorn movie in a book.
Hilory Wallk
This is a fun, fast read--perfect when you want intelligently written escapist fantasy. The sci-fi premises were clever and original, the intertwining of characters throughout the trilogy was well crafted, and the plot moved quickly. I was particularly drawn to the underlying message throughout the trilogy and bonus short stories: to fail to rise to the occasion - to move towards one's passion - to avoid limiting oneself by fears or the dictates of others is to have lived but half a life.
Linda L. Chappo
TimePulse is exciting and thought-provoking. My favorite part is when Ke'la, a young woman from the future, faces terrific odds in her quest to stop Genetic Armageddon. This is filled with action, science fiction flourishes and adventure. A good read.
