    So Cute and Cuddly too!

What a delightful little Bible story book for children (6 & Under). The rhyming is pure rhythm and flows so smoothly. Highlighting the good stories from Genesis, Exodus, 1 Samuel, Daniel, Luke, Mark, and Matthew this soft and fuzzy bear Bible will help you as a parent guide your little one through some important stories to learn for a start. It is a great introduction to the Bible and would make a wonderful bed time or quiet time read. The pictures are colorful and just make me smile. I just love it!

Tiny Bear's Bible is an adorable children's bible written by Sally Lloyd-Jones with illustrations by Igor Oleynikov. The cover is just as soft and fuzzy as it looks, with 11 Bible stories inside, worded in poems that children can understand better. The pictures inside are colorful and fun for kids to follow along with.

Each bible verse is told in a rhyming tone, and directed as if it was talking to Tiny Bear itself. Here is a page from the book, on the story of God Promises to Rescue Noah:

"I'll keep you safe!" God promised His friend.

'My world has gone wrong and I'm starting again.'

    So God sent a flood,

    and they all sailed away,

    And floated and floated,

    for day after day!

    When their boat landed safely,

    They all said, "PHEW!"

And when God makes a promise,
    You know that it's true!

    Yes Tiny Bear,

    God keeps

    His promises!"

Children will love reading along with this book, and feeling the soft and fuzzy cover, from front to back. They will want the book to be kept near and have it read as a bedtime book. Tiny Bear's Bible is a great little book for young children, and would make a great addition to their Easter basket! This review is made possible by BookLook Bloggers, in providing me a copy of the book in exchange for my honest review. All opinions my own.

Honestly, the picture above doesn't do this book justice. The little bear on the corner is SO soft and SO sweet that you fall in love with this book just seeing it in the package. I tested it out on my 1.5 year old, and she was, as I assumed she would be, obsessed with petting this little bear.
Honestly, my only complaint was that the bear was in blue. This makes it a bit prohibitive to give as a gift for someone having a girl. Otherwise, I would give these as baby gifts to all the new moms in my life! But then I did a bit of googling and discovered there is a girl's edition! Brilliant!
Tiny Bear's Bible is a WARM, FRIENDLY, FURRY Bible for preschoolers with an irresistible message: GOD LOVES his children.
Designed for kids 6 and under (I think it is a little more targeted for ages 1-4), Tiny Bear's Bible is written by bestselling author Sally Lloyd-Jones. Eleven Bible stories are included on durable pages that allow children to carry God's word with them quite literally.
Lloyd-Jones presents some of the most familiar Bible stories to children, which provides parents and grandparents lots of teachable, cuddly moments as they explore God's love together.
I strongly recommend this book. It will definitely remain a classic in our book library!

Do you have a go to gift for baby showers? I do! It consists of a basket of needed items like diapers, wipes and lotion and then it always includes a book or two. Tiny Bear's Bible is a great one to include.

The book comes in a boy or girl bear cover so you can customize it for the new little arrival. This little book is one that I wish you could somehow magically reach through  the computer screen and feel. The fur is so soft. I can't seem to quit rubbing it. The inside pages are of the board book format so little hands can easily grasp and turn pages without harm.

The eleven stories inside are told in a rhyming style that is classic Sally Lloyd-Jones. When you include the beautiful illustrations from Igor Oleynikov you have a book that is sure to delight not only the child but the adult reading it. This book is destined to be a well-loved item that will introduce your baby to the One that loves him or her the most.

I was provided a book to facilitate my review.
